It's been a flower shop for 17 years now. But I've owned it for 2 years now.
My company is a great place to work because we are all passionate about what we do... it's not just a job or a pay check we actually all love our job at De La Fleur Flowers and Events.
What we offer that other flower shops may not offer is that we are open to new designs, and all the latest trends. We don't do wire services FTD, Teleflora... we just work straight with the local customers. We have grown in doing weddings and events and are looking for more help.
We are looking for a well experienced floral designer. Have been in the business consistently for over 3 years, willing to learn the new styles and designs, wants to listen and also do what ever is needed around the shop, works fast and gets a lot accomplished in one day, and a designer that also has a zazzle for life and for working at a flower shop! It has to be your passion here at de la fleur or else it just doesn't work out.
We are also looking for a delivery driver and/or front desk customer service person. You have to love to interact with the public, be confident and sure of your self, know how to sell it, but also no how to treat your customers with kindness, respect and understanding. Being a driver/front desk person, You must also know how to detail and clean the shop, here at de la fleur we like a clean and organized work place. Your driving record must be clear and also have a valid drivers license. Again, you must work hard and show us that you are capable of walking fast and getting the job done right.
