The Seabrook’s amenities and services are second to none. The Seabrook House contains a finely appointed dining room, a library, a beauty parlor and barber shop, a comfortable “living room” lounge, an auditorium space capable of handling large gatherings (200+ seat-capacity), an exercise room, card and crafts room, and much more. On the grounds, you will find the heated swimming pool, woodworking shop, shuffleboard court and putting green, all resident favorites. The dining experience is truly extraordinary with no reservations required.

Located .3 miles from the Seabrook entrance, residents can join one of the most extensive health clubs in the area, the Player’s Club Fitness Center, which offers the following:

- Aerobic exercise machines
- Weight training equipment
- A variety of exercise classes including water aerobics, yoga, Pilates, spinning, Zumba and many more are included at no charge
So if you’re looking for a swim, a yoga or Pilates class or a relaxing soak in the hot tub – or all of the above – you can join the fitness center for as little or as much time as you like.

Activities
There’s never a dull moment at The Seabrook. Weekdays are busy with two exercise classes three times a week and during the warmer weather a number of residents participate in our water-aerobics class. Each week starts off with the Sunday night movie in the auditorium with Bingo every-other Wednesday evening and Trivial Pursuit and Current Events discussion held each week. Participation is strictly up to the resident so it’s easy to take advantage of what’s of interest. All community activities are included in the resident’s monthly fee.
The complimentary cocktail parties are very popular as beer and wine is served along with mixers and snacks. Music usually accompanies the parties and it’s not uncommon for those attending to sing along with their favorite songs. All educational seminars and lecture series are free to residents.

Additional Services
Residents receive free weekly scheduled transportation to the grocery store, the drug store and some popular retail store outlets. Each resident receives two complimentary trips each month to the doctor’s office via valet car service. The Seabrook provides complimentary laundry facilities on each floor; however, for a fee, housekeeping and laundry services can be provided by our housekeeping staff. Comfort Stations for your pets are on the grounds for your convenience.
Seabrook has three (2) studio guest suites on property that are available for daily rental so family and friends who are visiting can stay conveniently on campus.
