Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a Digital Strategist and Customer Success Manager in our Multimedia Advertising Department. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of Client Success Strategists responsible for supporting the digital sales efforts of the Bee Media Services sales teams and managing the success of our customers’ digital campaigns. The Digital Strategist and Client Success Manager will play an active role in the launch, training and management of new and existing digital vendors and tactics.

This person will work closely with the sales leaders to support their efforts and develop successful sales plans to drive new revenue. The Digital Strategist and Customer Success Manager will play an active role in recruiting, onboarding and ongoing training of new Client Success Strategists, Marketing Sales Consultants and Sales Managers and will report to the Vice President of Advertising.

Minimum Requirements and Key Competencies:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree, courses, or certifications, especially Google certifications, preferred
  • 2 years of digital marketing and/or management work experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills needed
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and analytics
  • Ability to connect client goals to an innovative/creative marketing strategy
  • Ability to understand and translate data for clients
  • A “Client first” approach and ability to have productive customer interactions
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail

Successful candidate will be a self starter, self-disciplined, well organized and detail oriented. A valid California driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Must have the use of an insured automobile with 50/100/50 insurance coverage (mileage will be reimbursed). A post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen is required.
